We developed an automated recruiting process for a client in the B2B office cleaning sector to minimize human involvement until the trial day for new hires.


The bot aims to:

  • Determine applicant eligibility for a trial day without a preliminary call

  • Enable applicants to self-book their trial day

  • Communicate with the coordinator responsible for the trial day

  • Send SMS and email reminders to the applicant 24 hours before the trial day
